Flan

Caramel Sauce

1 ½ cups sugar

Custard

1 can evaoporated milk 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup regular milk 4 eggs 1 tbl amaretto liquor

Custard

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly. Set aside, leave in blender for the moment

Caramel

Melt 1 ½ cups of sugar in a teflon pan until to begins to turn a light golden, Do not over cook and burn, could take 10-15 minutes.

Assembly

Pour the caramel into a glass (pyrex) bowl

Wiz custard again for just a few moments. Then pour the mixture into the glass bowl through a strainer.

Place the glass bowl in a roasting pan. Fill the roasting pan ½ way up with water.

Cover with foil

Place in oven at 350* for 45min – 1 hr until set.

Chill

To serve, place a deep plate over the glass bowl and invert. If the custard does not release, leave inverted and use a hot wet towel over the glass to release the custard .
