Hi Sharon, I have two recipes here for fresh and one for frozen cherries. Frozen: 20 oz. of cherries defrosted enough so that the cherries seperate easily. 3 tablespoons of quick cooking tapioca 1/2 cup sugar ( depends on the sweetness or tartness of the fruit) 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 tablesppons melted butter. Mix it all together very gently. and let it stand for 15 minutes. Then into the pie shell.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
