Dear Sienna, After wrapping the cake well place on a wooden cake board as close to the size of box as possible. Tape in place from under the board, over the cake and under the board again. Alternatively, place the cake on a thin sheet of foam which acts as a non-slip surface. Extra foam can be packed around the cake as well. We've sent cakes overseas this way & it seems to work OK.
