Hi, I have this recipe which I beleive I either got from New Zealand or Australia. I have not as yet used it myself but have been told that it is very good. It is used for leaves, flowers, ornaments etc.

Ingredients 30ml or 1 oz cold water 2 teaspoons of gelatine 1 teaspoon liquid gloucose 160 grams or 5 ozs. siftedicing sugar

Method Place water in double container Add gelatine and disolve over low heat DO NOT BOIL Add glucose and stir allow to cool Add icing sugar place in airtight container for 24 hours add extra sugar if necessary until it is plastic.
