Hello - I was wondering if anyone knew of a website that could help me determining what certain ingredients are. I am just now getting into gourmet cooking and these recipes occasionally call for unusual ingredients, such as castor sugar, and can I substitute double cream with something else, and what is the difference between vanilla extract and vanilla essence. Appreciate any info you may have.
