White choc isn't chocolate, its confectionary coating in the legal sense, it contains no cocoa mass which is why it turns sloppy. You can use extra white choc and it will hold but it tastes like what it really is. Cocoa fat, sugar and heavy cream (more fat), too greasy for me. I think people like the sound of it, but if you take the time to really taste it you realise its not very good.
