PINEAPPLE ORANGE CAKE
1 yellow cake mix 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1 can mandarin orange sections, undrained
Frosting: 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 tsp. sugar 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. whipped cream 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges. Pour into 3 (9-inch) greased cake pans. Bake according to directions on box at 350 degrees until done. Cool. Prepare frosting. Mix all ingredients except whipped cream until thickened. Then fold in whipped cream. Frost cake (top, sides and filling). Makes 3 layered cake. Refrigerate.
