I AM LOOKING INTO BUYING NEW POTS AND PANS FOR BETTER BAKING RESULTS I THOUGHT COPPER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A GOOD TYPE TO USE BUT THE PRICES ARE SLIGHTLY HIGHER THEN I REALLY WANTED TO SPEND IS THERE THAT MUCH DIFFERENCE IN THE TYPES OF METALS USED IN CERTAIN BAKING GOODS IN GENERAL I REMEMBER MY GRANDMOTHER USED DIFFERENT TYPES OF METELS FOR CERTAIN COOKING SUCH AS BREADS CHOCALETES EVEN CUSTERDS AND HER FOOD WAS ALWAYS A BIG HIT EVEN THE TYPES OF MEATS SHE USED DIFFERENT METAL UNFORTIONATLY I REALLY DIDNT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT SHE WAS COOKING WITH JUST THE WAY AND INGRIEDIANTS SHE WAS USING ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRICIATED
