Thanks for all of your responses. The information was just what I needed to know! I do have a scale and guess I'd better get use to using it more often. I'm new at this....although I've been baking a LONG time. It's a hobby of mine. But now, my "fans" have convinced me to turn my hobby into a part time business. So I'm checking and costing things out. I haven't a clue really how to price my items. With the approaching holidays, my "fans" claim I would have "clients" lining up at my door! HA! HA! - We'll see about that! I just did my baking and cake decorating out of love and creativity! Thanks again!
