Can't claim to be a mentor, but meantime,what do you mean, nothing works? give an example. What did you do, what result did you expect, what actually happened?

What is different about your new kitchen? Naive question I am sure but it may help clarify situation to see the differences.

You've done commercial baking before successfully. What is different what is the same? In the surroundings, in you? New ingredients?
