Lemon Pepper Chicken Marinade

2/3 cup lemon juice
6T water
2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 tsp pepper
Combine all in zipper plastic bag, add 2-3 lbs chicken pieces and marinade at least 4 hours, even better, overnight :) Grill or broil.
Lemon Pepper Marinade Comments: Makes about 2/3 cup
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons dried hot red pepper flakes 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper 1/3 cup olive oil
Directions:
In a blender grind the red pepper flakes and the oregano with the lemon juice, the black pepper, the oil, and salt to taste until the marinade is combined well. Use the marinade to marinate beef or pork, covered and chilled, for at least 4 hours and up to 8 hours. Baste the meat with the marinade as it is grilled.
