Help!!! I want to bake cakes and decorate them for my friends. Friends of mine have even paid me to bake cakes for them, but I want to get better. I need to know where I should begin. Should I buy a book/video/take a class? I want to get creative with the cakes and want to learn different recipes BUT I don't know where to begin. For example, where do I buy gum tragacanth, gum arabic, powdered gelatine, white fat and liquid glucose???? Please help. Desperate for answers......
