After you cut off the top and bottom, you'll have a flat surface to rest the end on. Peel downward with a paring knife, then look at the top of the pit. You should see which is the flat side and which is the pointed side. (You can also kinda tell by the shape of the mango). Cut along the 2 flat sides first, rolling out around the pit, as Gerard said. Then cut the 2 shorter sides. Michelle
