I am looking for a recipe for a cake known as a Sarah Bernhardt cake. These cakes were very popular in my home of New Orleans many years ago. The cake is basically is two layered, a rum cake atop a yellow cake. The entire thing is then topped with whipped cream and a red type of icing.
