THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KRAFTS "PHILLY" AND MOST OTHER BRANDS OF CREAM CHEESE. THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AS MUCH MOISTURE IN THE PHILLY AS THE OTHERS. IF COST IS AN ISSUE,THE PHILLY IS PACKED IN A 30 POUND TUB,AND MAY BE LESS EXPENSIVE TO BUY THIS WAY. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO SEE THE RECIPE TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW TO CHANGE IT IF YOU NEED TO USE THE OTHER OFF BRAND CHEESE...GOOD LUCK!
