Any plastic should be legal but the mold makers will only work with whats convenient for mold making. Search for AMC (american mold makers) in NYC, they make production molds for mfgers all over the world. I find metal molds work very well, they are rigid and the chocolate shrinks away rather than a plastic mold that can distort with the choc as it shrinks. AMC are on the internet, someplace.
