Tarator Sauce

1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste) 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt 2 cloves garlic, crushed salt

Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth.
