i don't know where to get one online but there is a beautiful carousel cake in the Wilton yearbook 1995 silver anniversary issue. I did a cake based on this one once, what I did was take a pedestal cake stand and put it on a round piece of styrofoam. I put the cake on top of the stand and iced it to look like the top of the carousel. The carousel horses were cookies made with a unicorn cookie cutter(with the horn cut of)and iced in pretty pastels. I stuck lollipop sticks onto the backs of the cookies with icing and stuck them into the styrofoam all around the pedestal, and the iced the styrofoam as well.I hope that this has given you some ideas.
