Here is a recipe I found hope it is what you are looking for.

in a 6 quart pot put boil 1 quart water add 2 lbs ground chuck stir until it is seperated reduce heat add 2 medium finely chopped onions 6 cloves of crushed garlic 1 15oz can of tomato sauce 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar stir then add 10 peppercorns ground 1 teaspoon of ground allspice 1 " of ground cloves 1 large bay leaf 2 teaspoons of salt 2 " of ground cinnamon 1 1/2 " of ground cayenne 1 " of ground cumin 1/2 oz of unsweetened chocolate grated bring to a boil reduce to a simmer for 2 1/2 hours refrig over night remove the fat reheat and serve
