I have recipes for camel that are the standard - white corn syrup, sugar, butter, heavy cream - the only difference is in one recipe, it calls for you to add the last cup of heavy cream real slow not to let the mixture stop boiling while adding. this takes a lot of time and my question to you Gerald is??????-----what difference in the final product does it make? SAME INGREDIENTS, DIFFERENT METHOD...THANKS SO MUCH...JUNE
