From Betty Crocker's American Country Cooking: Beat 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla in 1-1/2 qt bowl on low speed until smooth. Beat in 1 cup chilled whipping cream on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over baked cookie crust (in pizza or tart pan) to within 1/4 inch of edge. Arrange fresh fruits in circles on top of filling. Melt 1/4 to 1/2 cup apple or apricot jelly over low heat. Brush over fruit. Refrigerate at least two hours
