I'm looking for a recipe for a fruit pizza. It has a cookie crust, unbaked filling that appears to be a pudding or custard, and a fresh fruit topping. It is all placed in either a large tart pan or a pizza pan and the fruit is placed in circles on the top. I have some recipes, but the filling is made of almond paste.
