my grandpa's potatis korv 2#chuck 2#pork 3-4#potatoes 1 lg onion tsp salt tsp pepper all ground coarser than hamburger wash casings mix and stuff in casings(takes about 1/2# casings) not too full or will burst when cooking tie ends, boil 30 min,prick holes in casings so they dont burst store under water in refrig. or potatoes turn black try using the center of an angelfood cake pan as a funnel to stuff casings
