I have used quite a few focaccia bread recipes and the one that stands out is from the Professional Pastry Chef by Bo Friberg. You can put different toppings on it such as roasted red peppers, pesto, and caramelized onions. We use it at the school I teach at frequently for sandwiches. hef N'
