HI i need to bake boiled fruit cake the recipe contains sherry in addition to the water which i use for boiling the fruits but have to add it later with eggs and dry ing so can i omit the sherry from the recipe?or do i have to use more water as a replacement?appreciate any help as soon as possible THANKS!!
