Hi Kim! This is the same person who just tried to send a message, but I hit enter when I should have hit the shift key. Anyway, I have a recipe somewhere for chicken salad sandwiches on focaccia bread. As I recall, the focaccia was made with ready made pizza dough, but the whole thing looked really good. I plan to make it for a baby shower when I get the chance. If you're interested, e-mail me and I'll dig it out and send it to you.
