Hi Kaybea, do you have a foodservice distributor or restaurant supply company near you that might have a cash and carry outlet? A lot of bakeries use brownie mixes from some very common companies,(General Mills, etc.), but they are a little different in quality than what you would purchase at the store.

I have a recipe for the mint filling used for mint brownies, if you are interested. I usually use a box mix for the brownie part, but the mint layer makes them really different. E-mail me if you would like the recipe.
