Unni, Many thanks for the time and effort you put in on my behalf, much appreciated. I do not know what type of cake it is.

I saw it on the net 'somewhere' about 9 months ago, and now that I want the recipe I do not remember the site I saw it on. I have contacted the "Sons of Norway" site re. recipe, but so far I have had no answer back from them. Once again many thanks...Angel.
