I think I know what you're referring to, although if we're talking about the same thing it's almond flavored and served with mandarin oranges. Simply follow the recipe on a box of powdered gelatin to make a firm gelatin using milk instead of water for the liquid and add almond extract or whatever flavor you want. Pour into a shallow pan and refrigerate. When firm, cut into cubes. Hope this helps.
