I'm hosting dessert for a regressive dinner. The theme is Mexican cuisine. Would like ideas for a fabulous dessert. Something relatively simple, easy to prepare and serve. Will be serving to approximately 35 people. My son has suggested fruit, crepes, granita, are there any other suggestions and recipes out there.
