Schilling makes a great Hollandaise Sause dry mix that you can get in your local grocery store. 3-4 T of margarine/butter; high or low fat, your choice, reduce the 1 cup of water a bit and add either fresh lemon juice or "Real Lemon" lemon juice from concentrate from the juice isle in the store and you are in business. Use it for your own tasty eggs benedict, over steak of any grade and it's great with swordfish. enjoy!
