Does anyone have a recipe for pourable white chocolate glaze? I tried using my dark choc. glaze recipe- choc, oil & corn syrup, but backed off the oil a bit since white choc is softer than dark. My glaze was rather thick. I added more oil to thin it out a bit, but didn't want to go overboard & end up with something that wouldn't set. This is being used to glaze a frozen tartuffo, so I can go a bit thinner than something that needs to set firm in the fridge, but I do need something that will freeze hard enough to contain a VERY soft mousse. Any ideas????
