I had a great muffin recipe with zuchini, carrots and apple and raisins, titled morning glory muffins, that I cut out of a woman's or home magazine probably about 4-6 years ago. It was a great hit with my kids, very healthy and got them eating vegies. I have lost the recipe, if any one has this recipe please post or send it to me. It also had a savory corn type muffin on the same page. thanks
