I baked my first pie today, apple my problem was the crust seemed dry to roll out and I was afraid to use more than the one fourth cup of ice water, When I rolled it out it was in pieces and stuck to the rolling pin. I pieced it together baked it and it was delicous but short on dough, please write me at my e mail, I really would appreciate it.
