Culinart sells something called silicone plastique, which can be molded over any surface, or rolled out. After 1 hour, you have a rubber mold that you can use for chocolate, as well as other foods. Their number is 800-333-5678. I've never used it, but would like to. It costs $15 for 1 lb.
