Dear posters, Does anyone know of a very good wedding cake pastry chef in the Dublin, ireland area? I am a US citizen planning to be married there this July and am having difficulty locating a baker who is willing to construct a more American-style gourmet cake with various tiers and fillings. Thanks for your time!
