Looking for a Special Carrot Cake

I am looking for a very moist, dense, dark, carrot cake like they serve at TGIFriday and Cracker Barrel. It has carrots, pineapple, raisins and nuts. It seems to have some kind of a glaze poured on to absorb into the cake before it is iced. I have checked the recipes on this site but they don't seem to be the right one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
