I'm making a castle cake for my son's birthday - this will be the first time I've tried anything like this (you know, a decorated cake / special shape, etc). I'd love tips, RECIPES, etc. Also, everything I've found says you can work on the cake for several days - how does it stay moist, etc.? Thank you for any help!!!
