I've been asked to do some "artistic creation" for a local art auction event. Does anyone have ANY ideas for a simple, eye-catching garnish for a chocolate glazed, bite-sized cake square? What about making some kind of 3D carmel swirls around or on top of it? Any recipes or thoughts on how to create dimensions out of carmel or a sugar/water/candy type form? Or any other ideas?
