For some reason my Jan.31, posted to Previous, so...nobody saw it!!! I was wondering about an icing recipe for decorating cutout cookies. I always decorated before I baked. Takes too long.... I don't think it's a buttercream, too soft, and it's not a royal, what is it? Valentines is comeing.. Thanks for any help.
