1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 2 teaspoon dry mustard, 15 cloves (optional), and 1 can pineapple rings (optional) Basting Sauce..... 1 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1 cup orange juice.
Place your ham on a rack in a roasting pan with the fat side up. Bake your ham unglazed for approx. 1 hour or for just 1/2 of the baking time as per the size of your ham. Prepare for the glaze by scoring the outside fat into a diamond pattern, cutting about 1/4 inch deep. Spread the glaze over the outside of the ham. Stud with cloves in each diamond center. Place pineapple rings with toothpicks or cloves. Return to oven for 1 hour or the second half of baking time. Every 15 minutes brush with basting sauce. Oven usually is set at 350.
