1 cup of confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 4 teaspoons warm water.

The warm water will help make it into a glaze, then spread it onto the rolls immediately after removing from the oven. (If the icing seems too thick, increase the warm water by 1/2 teaspoon.)
