Looking for the recipe for Chocolate Chip Stollen as baked by Herman's Bakery (c.1970s &1980s) in St.Louis, Missouri. My favorite baked goody, but when Herman passed away they were never quite the same. Would love some good, comparative chocolate chip stollen recipes!
