Thats cocoa flavored almond paste. Marzipan has at least 40% fondant which will take care of the almond oil. Theres also a fair amount of cocoa butter still in cocoa which makes your problem worse.
If you don't have fondant just boil about 1LB of sugar to soft ball, pour out on to a damp tray and work with a scraper until it turns white and you can knead it, work the almond paste in , finally the cocoa or melted choc. What are you making with it?
