Made choc marzipan (marzipan w/cocoa powder kneaded in) When I went back to use more of it (about 1 week later) when I kneaded it, it started leeching oil. ALOT! Anyone know why this happened? Could it be because my work area is very cold (about 55-60 degrees), and when I kneaded the marzipan w/warm hands, I lost the emulsion? I've never had this happen before, & I'm very curious as to the why's. Thanx!
