posted 07-23-2003 09:10 PM ET(US) a friend want a birthday cake that taste like wedding cake (scares me) i need and easy recipe and can i bake it like a reg. sheet cake going to be serving several people and transporting it several hour from my home...............HELP ME |

There is no difference between Birthday cake and wedding cake it what ever flavor you would like to make.. Yes you can make any cake in a sheet pan.. The only thing I would say if your going to transport several hours from home is that you do not use whipped cream to cover the cake and you dont fill it unless your going to use Jam or the bags of fillings you can buy anything else is going to have to be keep cold.
