dburgess49ers	posted 04-21-2002 09:02 PM ET(US)          I looked around and found out that it might be chablis. However, I have learned from experience that I only cook with wines that I will drink. Meaning, if it is cheap and not that great tasting, it will reflect in what you are trying to make. HTH, David
