I don't really have a tried and true website for you, but I do have a cookbook that is pretty good. It is called "Making Liquers At Home". It is written by Carmen Patrick and copyrighted in 1982. I looked at amazon.com and they don't have this early version but they have one from 1989. Cover price was listed from $30.73 American for a slightly used one in excellent condition. It must be a hard cover edition at that price. The one I have is a soft cover with a plastic ring spine. The recipes were compiled from the author's friends and family and I have had it for so long I really can't recall which ones I tried. I know we made a few and found them to be tasty. Although, the homemade liquers are not exactly like the commercially produced products, they are still enjoyable. If you would like specific recipes I would be happy to scan them and send them to you. There are 70 double sided pages of recipes so it would be fairly time consuming to do all of them. I have scanned the table of contents for you to see and hope that this will help you if you are interested in this exchange. Please let me know if you decide you would like to try any of the recipes. Good cooking and "brewing" to you!! Kathy...... See Below:
